Q: Am I able to bring my own bike?

Yes! We offer a BYO bike option. Whilst our bikes are chosen based on capability for our adventure based journeys, we understand that you might prefer the comfort and familiarity of your own bike. To bring your own bike, you need to ensure it is registered and roadworthy.

Q: Do I need to have a motorcycle licence?

Yes, you will need to have a valid motorcycle licence issued in an Australian state or territory or an international licence (with a valid International Driving Permit or an approved translation into English if the licence is not issued in English). Learner riders and provisional and probationary licence holders are not acceptable and are not permitted to participate in a tour.

Q: Is there an age limit for the tour?

Yes, you must be at least 25 and no older than 75 years of age.

Q: Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Yes, you will need to bring your own riding equipment, including riding gear, helmet, gloves, boots, jackets, wet weather gear, etc.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, you will need to pay a deposit of 50% of your tour cost within three (3) days of confirming your tour with us to secure your spot.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my tour?

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your tour, refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule: – Cancellation of 61 days or more of tour commencing: 100% of tour value will be refunded – Cancellation between 60 days and 14 days of tour commencing: 90% of tour value will be refunded – Cancellation of 14 days or less of tour commencing: 90% of tour value minus any other fees or costs incurred by Tassie Devil Adventure Bikes in connection with your tour (for example, hotel bookings).
